How can I be sure of my privacy?

Once you register with our website, you are assigned a specific Client ID and that together with your order instructions are the only two things visible for our writers. We take privacy very seriously and understand that you expect us to. Our support agents are the only ones who have some access to the information you provide in order to be able to contact you with any questions regarding your order and payment. What is ``Authorization``?

We do everything possible to protect our clients from fraud, and that is why we need to authorized that our customers are real people and that their credit card isn’t used to make an order at by anyone else other than card-holders.

We have several types of authorization: email authorization, phone authorization and (in some cases) credit card authorization. Remember that our services may be refused to unauthorized customers. For more, please read our Authorization page.

How can I place an order?

Head to the order form on our website and fill it in with as many details as possible. Fill out all the necessary fields to proceed to secure payment.

I just uploaded the information. When will you find a writer?

Once you pay for your order, we will immediately start looking for the best writer to work on it. When the writer is assigned, you will see the status bar indicate “Writer assigned” in your control panel.

Do you have discounts?

We value our customers, and we try to make our service affordable for every student. Apart from offering very inexpensive services for the superb quality, we’ve developed a flexible discount system and a referral program. I forgot my password! How can I log in?

We have the “Forgot your password” option, which is available in the login form. All you need to do is type in the email of your account, and your reset password instructions will be sent there.

If you are having difficulties, you can always contact one of our Customer Support Representatives who will assist you.

Who will be assigned to complete my order?

Our team of freelance writers consists of English speakers from all over the world, including from the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Not only did all of them receive their BA’s, MA’s and PhD degrees, but they also passed a series of complicated tests during the hiring process. That is why you can be certain that your writer is a true professional.

I need to be sure that my writer understands all the instructions. How can I contact him/her?

In order to ensure an effective communication between the writer and the client, we have developed a user-friendly messaging system. All you need to do is to log in to your account at, locate your order in your control panel, and find the “Messages” section, which will allow you to send a direct message to either Customer Support Representatives or to the writer. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to communicate with the writer via email or phone.

When will you deliver my paper?

Your order will be delivered to your account on our website within the time frame that you set. Please note that you will save more money if you provide us with a longer deadline. This way, the writer will also have more time to revise your document, if one is required. Also, the chosen deadline is for the first draft of your paper. If you need a revision, a new deadline needs to be agreed on.
